INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Customer therefore refrains from any action and any act likely to directly or indirectly infringe the intellectual property rights of Louvé Paris or its partners or third parties.

 

 

PERSONAL DATA

 

 

The Site implements automated processing of the Customer's personal data during (i) the creation of his user account, (ii) the placing of his orders, (iii) his subscription to the newsletter or (iv) his contact with Louvé Paris.

 

 

By approving these general conditions of sale, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data concerning him collected by Louvé Paris on the Site.

The personal data collected by Louvé Paris is kept for the prescribed legal period. This data is intended for Louvé Paris, as well as its potential partners. Some of the recipients may be located outside the European Union. The Customer is however informed that guarantees have been taken to ensure a sufficient level of protection of their personal data.
